Transnational Circulation of Experts – Cyprus

The Cultural Creative Transnational Circulation of Experts is a three-day ArtisticMinds event bringing together project partners, cultural professionals, digital innovation experts, educators and organisations working in the fields of inclusion, disability, mental health, creativity and cultural participation.

Taking place in Nicosia, Cyprus, from 3 to 5 June 2026, the event will create a shared space for learning, exchange and hands-on experimentation around the main ArtisticMinds tools and methodologies. The programme will be hosted at the Emphasys Centre and will include presentations, workshops, study visits, peer exchange sessions and cultural activities.

Across the three days, participants will explore the ArtisticMinds Methodology Pack, the Cultural Learning Platform, the micro-credential validation process, the 3D Comic Creator Tool Game, and the Cultural Trails Mobile App. The programme combines technical demonstrations with practical workshops, allowing participants to test digital tools, understand how they support inclusive creative learning, and discuss how they can be implemented within national ArtisticMinds Living Hubs.

The event will also include a workshop with 360 cameras and the ArtisticMinds Cultural Trails Mobile App, a session on the methodology for setting up national hubs, and exchanges of good practices with guest speakers and local cultural organisations. Study visits to inclusive cultural spaces, including the Leventis Museum and Art Gallery and CSIF, will connect the project’s digital and methodological work with real cultural and social contexts in Cyprus.

This transnational gathering aims to strengthen cooperation among ArtisticMinds partners, support the transfer of knowledge across countries, and advance the use of digital and creative tools for more inclusive, accessible and participatory cultural ecosystems.

By the end of the event, participants will have gained practical knowledge of the project’s digital tools, shared implementation strategies, and contributed to the next steps of the ArtisticMinds model across Europe.
