Artistic Minds Competency Framework
A structured foundation for inclusive artistic growth.
The ArtisticMinds Competence Framework outlines the essential Skills, Knowledge and Attitudes that guide the development of young artists with intellectual disabilities within the Cultural Living Hubs. Divided into two levels of intellectual functioning, High and Moderate, it ensures tailored, accessible learning pathways that match each participant’s abilities.
